K.A.L - A.W.O.L
As I wrote in my previous post, time really files.......it will be a brand new year ahead for everyone tomorrow......as we usher in the new year........I mean the official one.....not the chinese, malay, indian or whatsoever. Anyway, I don't think most of us have the spirit to go for any countdown parties, mainly due to the recent tsunami disaster. The death rate has increased to 114,000 and it really sucks for everyone on planet Earth. Isn't living by the bay almost everybodys' dream? Now, you can tell the feeling ain't there for the people anymore. Human beings are like that. Remember 9-11? After the incident, people were shifting from high storeys to the groundfloor or the 'mid-floor'. Invented some words, impressive huh?.......OK. This cannot be helped. We are meant to use 'cannot' instead of 'can't'. It's really screwed. Compositions are like that. 30 December 2004. Our last jamming session of the year. We've two singles now, which are famous covers by Hoobastank and Jet. 'The Reason' and 'Look What You've Done'..........hmmm.......a single a session means a album for us. But I guess we won't be able to jam on a regular basis next year as we got to be prepared for school. As I reflect on 2004, I realised that my 'UPs' happened during the beginning and middle of the year and my 'DOWNs' happened during the fall of the year. I don't want to think about it and maybe 2004 is the year of BLOGGIES!!!!!........in the world of computers of course......This year has been an exciting year for us and I hope that 2005 will be a better year..............ANYWAY, WHEN YOU WAKE UP ON THE 1ST OF JANUARY, ISN'T IT A BRAND NEW DAY LIKE EVERYDAY? Screw that.............Oh....Happy New Year in advance if I didn't blog later......

I'm Bored.......Are U?
I've been posted to ITE College Simei and I really thank God for that. Now, I hope that Terence' and George's appeal will be accepted by the board next January. I'll be working my ass off next year and watch this space! Blog later.

Screwed...........
Yesterday, each of us had to give a testimonial and I was the first one to go up stage to say some words of my own. Well, indeed, I screwed up. I wasn't well prepared and it was not my day.......Today, Caylynn, Terence, Jon, George and I went for our first jamming session. Miraculously, Terence played the bass well and it was the first time for him. Maybe he was born to play bass. George played very well too and he got the beats and rhythm right. Ditto to Caylynn, who's on the keyboard/vocals and Jonathan, who's on the guitar/vocals. We might be beginners, but we have the potential of what it takes to be a professional musician. You guys are looking at the future and don't blink your eye. I'm looking forward to the next session and I hope that we will play to the fullest.........Time really files. Look at the date now. 27/12/2004. 5 more days to 2005. A brand new year. A brand new day. A brand new format of Channel U, being operated by MediaCorp TV. And a brand new school for us.........Have to take a break right now. Exhausted from the activities I had just now......PHEW

Merry belated X'Men......
Greetings Dudes, dudets, homies, and assholes! Sorry.....didn't have the time to update my blog these few days......and the only way to describe the actions of mine: BUSY. Right now, I'm thinking of what can I say about the testimonial that I'm gonna give during the Mission Trip 04: Aftermath special. I've got the urge of slamming Singapore kids. Come on, this is my one and only chance to do that! But I've got to watch my words........On Christmas Eve after church, my family and I went to Swensens at Changi Airport Terminal 1 and we really had a fantabulous meal. We ordered delicious cuisine like fish baked rice, the premium fish and chips, two other seafood 'forgot the name of the dishes' and not forgetting the reowned and trademark ice-creams. My appetite level went up to 100% on that day and all I can do is eat and eat and drink and drink. I was all hyped up, probably due to performing on the stage, which I almost fell asleep. The next day, which was yesterday, I woke up at 1:00 pm and my bro and I went to the cinema, wanting to watch Kung Fu Hustle. But they only left the front seat for us and we thus watched Meet The Fockers. It's really funny although it's quite a corny show, which I must have like it alot......haha..........HAWHAW.........all I can say now is HAWHAW.......anyway, I'll update more shits and flicks tomorrow......

DUDE!
Watch Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle. It's kinda impressive and most importantly, it's a DUDE SHOW! Hoping for the sequel right now........besides Harold & Kumar, I've watched Don't Try This At Home and Jackass volume 2. I must say that the stunts are indeed awe, insane, awesome, outrageous, gross, fun, and the list goes on. Steve O and Johnny Knoxville are the men! Hope that Jackass will make a comeback.....Looking forward to check out Dude, Where's My Car? and other Seann William Scott, Owen Wilson and Ashton Kutcher comedy movies. I think all my friends like George, Terence, Jonathan, Gang Yuan, J.Foo and some others really enjoy dudes shows. OK for now, words of wisdoms:
Once a dude, always a dude..............
This is Jeremy signing off.....CIAO

Face the true music before you steam....
Alright. It's no ordinary steam. Then it must be extraordinary. It seems that I didn't really update my blog these days. Then now is the time. So......who's getting hallucinations nowadays? Well, that's what dudes are for. OK for now, you can see that Q Magazine have their Best Of 2004. Now, you'll get to see...........Jeremies' exclusive Latent Heat songs of 2004.......a.k.a........JELHSO2004
1. Yellowcard - Believe
I definetely can't leave this song out of my list. You should know the reason.
2. Alter Bridge - Broken Wings
A song that inspires me alot.......don't know in what ways. By the way, it's done in the Mark Tremonti way.
3. Iron Maiden - Rainmaker
Cool hard rock metal song from the veterans. No comments.
4. Jet - Move On
Move aside Graduation by Vitamin C! It's time for Jet-style!
5. Dashboard Confessional - Hands Down
I made a stupid decision by deleting the whole album.........It sucks.
6. Yellowcard - Only One
Yup it's Yellowcard again......Thanks to George for the introduction.
7. Ryan Cabrera - True
Oh fuck. I'm becoming more and more emotional for love songs.......am I?
8. The Killers - Somebody Told Me
By the way, this is a gay song. Listen to the chorus and you'll know it. Thai peeps hit it!
9. Avril Lavigne - Nobody's Home
Sounds great to me. And why am I hooked on to a female vocalist's song?
10. Switchfoot - Dare You To Move
Actually, this song was sung by the band 3 years ago when they were somehow still a 'holy' band. But they kinda changed it a couple of times and it sound much more better now.
11. Maroon 5 - Sunday Morning
Nice and snoothing song........but every sunday morning, I attend church service at 10.
12. Good Charlotte - Predictable
Getting better and better....
13. Yellowcard - Gifts & Curses
Yes it's yellowcard for the third time........taken from the soundtrack of Spiderman 2. It's a good one......
14. Kurt Nilsen - A Part Of Me
Nice tunes from the Norweigan and World Idol.
15. U2 - Vertigo
Hello, Hello. Ola! I don't know why I like it!
OK. I think that's enough already. I'll write more about it the next time. I noticed that everytime I promise that I'll write more, I'm just bullshitting. I think that I'm just writing that to hype you and me up. Ronaldinho, World Soccer Player of the Year. Erm........a perfect choice. The four 'R's have done it all. The next one should be Brazil's youth sensation Robinho. I can really imagine this attacking midfield/forward line-up: Rivaldo on the left, Ronaldinho on the right, Ronaldo, Romario and Robinho as the three forwards. This will definetely take the soccer world by storm. But after all, this will never happen......Rivaldo and Romario are kinda old and they do not possess the kind of strength, ability and stamina they used to during the glory days. So I think that young players like Diego and Carlos Alberto will make it big in the soccer world. Ditto to players like Stewart Downing, Arjen Robben, Cristiano Ronaldo, Freddy Adu and Wayne Rooney. For them to display their best, fans will have to wait for them to mature..........

CAMP
Right now, I'm using Vin's laptop to blog my blog. Yeah, this sounds stupid and idiotic. It's true. I'm using the motorola internet wireless hub. I'm in the 3 storey mansion and it's kinda cool. The problem is, I could not find my way here at the first place. All I can say is that Screw that. Once I screw it, I'll screw it forever. Vincent's talking about motherboard and hard disk. I think that screwing is good. Screwdriver, screw the universe, etc. What to do? Few days ago, I've heard that Wen Xia was arrested. I'm like, "Screw that!" I think that I did badly for my N level english. Grade 4! Believe it a not. I think I really disappointed McGrath and if she know about my result, I'll be screwed. Che Guevara. Cuban Communist. Darren is now complaining about me logging on to MSN, not chatting with me. He doesn't know that I've personal problems at that time. This helluva fella got to understand and know more about me. Think I'll blog tomorrow...................TOMORROW NEVER COMES............

Best mission trip ever.......
Just came back from the most anticipating, exciting, hardcore and extreme mission trip ever. Right now, I still miss the damn place, the kids, the food and everything. Feeling sick to be back right now. With the lame and cock jokes, the trip became damn interesting. Most important are the kids. They are really polite and they respect the shit out of you. They will give you a massage after carrying them on your shoulder. It's really a hellacious ride for me. Of course, they're smart and although it's very dark in the night with no lights by the roadside, they know how to walk without tripping and falling. Playing with them was the best time of my life in the 'playing with kids' category. When I'm at the hilltop, I've somehow think that Singapore kids are disrespectful, uncivillized fucked up sick sons and daughters of bitches and bastards. Sorry for minding me saying this. Comparing with the Thai kids, I feel like beating the shit out of fucked up Singapore kids. I guess I'll be back there next year again. Everyday, we've got something to laugh about and it's unforgettable. Serious attitude has been replaced by corny, lame, cock, and funny jokes. As I said again, it's the best mission trip ever. I've spent my birthday there and it will always be in my mind forever. To have the kids and the peeps there to celebrate my birthday with me is an awesome and electrifying experience. When we were leaving the village for Chiangmai, the kids bid us farewell and it's very emotional for me. After spending a couple of days with them, as well as some adult friends, it's really hard to leave them. I cried quietly in the van after we left and I'm hoping that I can go for next year's trip. After arriving in Chiangmai, I've went for a haircut and I'm kinda satisfied with it. Not forgetting the internet cafe that I went to and do the same stuffs. We thus went to the night market and I've bought a McShit shirt and a pair of Teva sandals. After that, Vincent, Tim, Jared, my bro and I spent two hours playing pool at the hotel's snooker room. Overall, it's damn awesome and seeing things changed really makes me feel good. All I can say is, "Eat My Shorts."

I'm speechless
I don't know what's wrong with me today. Don't ask. What really happened? Not a single word. I don't really know. Saw the Bon Jovi 4 CD box set today. Erm.......$60.90......quite reasonable........but it kinda sucks. No doubt about it, their oldies are better than their modern ones. Still waiting for the Goo Goo Dolls DVD. What the hell is wrong with Singapore? Why aren't they importing those stuffs in earlier? No Yellowcard and Our Lady Peace DVD. All they can import are boy band, hip-hop and pop music DVD. All boy bands can just go and suck cock. Ditto to hip hop asses as well. A bear's ass determines your character. Anyway, you've got to be confident in what you do. Do be a jackass at times. Take sick bumps as well. So why I've been talking about Idol these few days? I'm sleeping now. Taufik's a good example.

I've killed an asshole
No idol winner can be compared to Kurt Nilsen. Not even Kelly Clarkson, Guy Sebastian, Michelle McManus, let alone Taufik Batisah and Ruben Studdard. He sure can sing all kinds of songs. Go check out his new album, A Part Of Me. Perfect 10 aren't playing it so early and maybe they don't even want to play it. What the f**K is this? Looking at the music playlist, Power 98 definetely got a whole lot more of songs than Perfect 10. But if you were to listen to their (Power 98) DJs, you would have to say that Perfect 10 DJs got better charisma. What to do? This can't be helped. The only way is to help yourself. Screw yourself up. I mean do not. The only thing left for me to type is that I went to the gym today and I've killed a mosquito.

Two finalist, one winner........
Finally the first ever Singapore Idol has been crowned. Taufik Batisah, who is currently serving his NS, have been taking leaves after leaves after leaves. Instead of worrying for World Idol, his recording contract and his future in the music industry, he should be prepared for.....HELL. Idol fame will be fading away and his officers are going to push him to the limit, so hard that he will be reduced to skin and bones. No food, but just training in day and night. Let's hope that this will not happen, for he might be representing Singapore in the World Idol, if Fermantle Media want to produce this year's show instead of cancelling it. Focusing on Sylvester, he got a recording contract too and the prizes are almost equivalent to Taufik's. Like Clay, Sly might even outshine and do better than Taufik. The new single, "I Dream" by Taufik, is kind of a racist song. What colour of my skin, you have niggers, mats, chinese, and bhais coming to you and beating the shit out of you. As I said before, this is REALITY. we've got to face it. Batisah vs Batista. It's very obvious that why Taufik won. I'm not looking on talent, but on the population in Singapore. Without a doubt, all the malays rooted for him and with a little help from the chinese, he became the Singapore Idol. I don't know why......Singaporean are becoming more and more nacissistic. Singapore, We have a problem.
